10 Daily Habits Of Successful People
10 Daily Habits Of Successful People

Having big goals for your life is exhilarating, exciting… but it can also be utterly terrifying, even paralyzing. If you create daily habits to optimize certain aspects of your life, however, you’ll create a sturdy foundation to take risks from. They add a sense of reliability to your day so no matter how many risks you take, your habits will always be there to depend on and will help you to stay grounded and focused.
It may be tempting to try to develop multiple habits at once, but that could be a recipe for failure; a bit like multitasking, the idea appears to be sound but in reality, it simply doesn’t work!
Take a look at the list and if you like the look of a particular habit, try to incorporate it into your daily life. But you need to focus on one habit at a time.
Focus on creating and building one habit for at least a month before trying to incorporate another one. This should give you enough time to make the habit become ingrained, so you don’t have to work on it so much. Only then should you consider adding another. Just remember that creating good daily habits takes time.
If it takes longer than a month, that’s fine. Some habits will take longer to build than others. Just stick with it until it becomes a habit. You need to be committed to this or it won’t work.
OK, let’s look at the ten habits now to give you some ideas on what you can use to start experiencing life at the next level.

Sleep
The body needs proper sleep to function, and it should be around 7 to 8 hours a night. Healthy daily habits are a solid foundation to build your life around to give you energy to perform and to enjoy life.
This can be accomplished by telling yourself what time you want to wake up in the morning and constantly getting up at the same time.
Repetition
Sidney Crosby is considered to be one of the top hockey players in the world. He attributes his ability to do repetitive drills consistently as one of the reasons for his success.
When you have a new habit you want to install, you can succeed by doing the habit repeatedly day in and day out until it is entirely natural.
Reading
Reading and learning new skills go together.
Major investor Warren Buffett credits his consistent habit of reading financial newspapers daily with much of his success.
Reflection
Apple founder Steve Jobs used morning reflection to build his computer company into a powerhouse.
Steve Jobs found that if he answered negatively for a few days in a row, that meant he needed to change something. Make morning reflection a habit to start your day with.
Self-care
Self-care is a habit we all need. When we take care of ourselves, we can put our best foot forward and take care of our families.
It is also a time to practice gratitude sayings since you are getting ready to excel in your world.
Meditation
Oprah Winfrey is another very successful person who does not use an alarm clock because they jar her awake.
This is part of her daily routine. When you do morning meditation, you begin your workday focused and with clarity.
Observe
Walmart is everywhere, at least it seems that way. Sam Walton started the Walmart stores, and he had a success habit that served him well.
Sam was known to carry a recorder with him to keep a record of everything he observed in a day.
You will see many things throughout the day that you could put into your creative work.
Gratitude
Richard Branson is a famous entrepreneur, and his main company is called Virgin. Richard believes in the daily habit of gratitude for all that he has.
You can even write these things down in a gratitude journal so you can read them whenever you want to give you a boost and to put things into perspective.
Lists
Benjamin Franklin was notorious for making lists.
Lists can be great for many things. One good habit is to make a short to-do list before you go to bed, simply stating what your top 3 priorities will be upon waking up.
Visualization
Tony Robbins has been motivating people for many years. He has a very specific habit of starting his day. Each tiny habit is connected, and you will see major success if you follow this habit:
- He practices breathing for one minute
- He expresses gratitude for three minutes
- He experiences connection for three minutes
- He visualizes for three minutes

3 Quick Tips To Boost Creativity And Focus
3 Quick Tips To Boost Creativity And Focus

Creativity is sometimes a difficult process to capture, and you can’t force it.
When you are trying to get into the creative flow, it can sometimes be difficult to get ‘into the zone’ and get the creative juices flowing.
That being said, there is always a way to dial in your focus and get the best creative work out of you, from devising the optimal workspace to choosing the right tools and even whether it is a good idea to collaborate with others on a particular project and we are going to look into these options right now. Use them to boost your creative thinking to get things done.
Create A Workspace That Helps You With Creativity And Focus

The environment that you choose to work in can have a significant impact on your performance. The way your workspace looks and feels and how it’s set up can completely change your ability to work well, both creatively and normally.
It’s a copy-paste design that’s easily manufactured and highly efficient to build, but is absolutely awful to work in. Plain, bland, neutral colors in an area that looks nearly identical to everyone else’s, with very little in terms of customization.
This type of space will stifle your creativity for sure, and may not even be the best place to focus for some people. The first thing you’ll want to do when creating your own workspace is think about the aesthetics and décor you select.
It may seem unimportant, but if you’re going to be spending hours upon hours in this same place each day, you’re going to want it to look nice. Get comfortable furniture for you to use.
So many office chairs are uncomfortable, so get yourself a nice, ergonomic chair that you can stand to sit in for hours at a time. Additionally, get yourself a top-quality desk that fits your space well and has everything you need, from drawer space to the right height to fit your personal build and preferences.
Don’t shy away from putting up decorations. Don’t just go for the typical office motivational posters but put up stuff that you actually like the look of. Some people might put up some floral designs, while others might prefer a more old-style wood design.
Get your computer and monitor set up, and maybe even a phone charging station. For creative designers, have a drawing tablet set up that you can work with. You can even include amenities like a mini fridge that might not be directly related to work, but still make the place nice (and convenient) to work in.
The idea is for you to create an atmosphere that you really don’t mind spending time in, because if you hate your office space, you’re definitely going to lose your focus and stifle your creativity.
Choose Tools Wisely So Focus Doesn’t Interrupt Creativity

Technology and the tools we use to boost our productivity are usually discussed in tandem, and for good reason. Technological advancements have made productivity go through the roof, allowing people to communicate and work faster than ever before.
Choose your tools wisely in order to better focus while you’re working. For example, if you’re a graphic designer, and you use a tablet to do your work, such as an iPad, you’ll know that it’s not just a device for drawing and designing.
Rather, it can instantly access movies, TV shows, social media, and more. If you’re easily distracted, then you’re left with a tool that can instantly allow you to distract yourself, if you so choose.
If you can instead do your design work with the simple pencil and paper, and later on transfer it to your photo editing program of choice by scanning it, then you won’t be distracted during the creative design process.
The final touches of it can be done using technology, but all of the meat of it can be made without distractions with the bare essentials. Another example would be a writer using a laptop.
Sure, it has things like Word on it that you can use to work, but it of course has the internet, which can quickly suck you in if you’re not careful to avoid distractions.
In this case, writing out something long like a book or something would be a bit much to ask using paper and pen, but you could possibly have a separate work laptop, one that’s disconnected from the internet so that you don’t run the risk of getting distracted.
For example, someone who is new to Photoshop might be quite intimidated when they open it up and are presented with so many different options. You could spend hours upon hours going through all of the different options, settings, and tools in that program, but instead you need to focus on your work and be productive.
If a program of that calibre is intimidating and distracting, try using a more basic one that you can use to focus.
Collaboration Is Distracting Compared To Solo Creativity Sessions

Having people to work with on creative projects can be both a blessing and a curse. While it’s true that others can provide you with additional insight and more inspiration than you originally had, it can also harm your creativity in two main ways.
If you’re no longer used to working on your own, you can become overly reliant on others to bring their ideas to the table so that you can adapt and mould them into your own.
Without your own sense of raw creativity, when you start to work on your own, you’re going to feel a little bit lost. What tends to be more common though, is other people’s ideas intruding on your own, and muddling your vision of your work.
It might seem a bit pretentious to claim that you work best on your own, because you don’t want other people’s ideas interfering, but sometimes it’s very true. If your vision isn’t complete when other people start to comment on it, it can veer you off from your original completed concept that would’ve been better than what they steered it towards.
Commentary and suggestions are welcome after the fact in order to adapt your idea to better suit your needs, but that should come after the initial draft, so to speak. It’d be like if you were writing something, and someone behind your back started throwing out words while you were mid-sentence.
One very common one is through social media. Posting work-in-progress items online opens up a floodgate to the masses, allowing them to throw in whatever off hand comments and critiques they might have, which can really get in your head and make you second guess yourself.
Another common way this happens is in person. While you’re working, people might walk by and make suggestions or criticisms, and while they may or may not mean well, it can still be very distracting and very frustrating to deal with.

Ten Tips To Set Your Mind Up For Success

I’m sure that you all know that the way you think can have a dramatic impact on how you live your life. Developing a growth mindset should be a priority if you really want to get the best out of life.
Want to give your mindset a kick up the backside and put it into 5th gear?
These ten tips will help you shift your paradigm into a success mindset.
Here goes…
1 View failure as a learning opportunity
Don’t view failure as a crushing defeat but rather as a chance to learn and to come back stronger!
2 View obstacles as challenges
Likewise, try to view problems as challenges to be overcome. This will just make your victory all the sweeter.
3 Don’t choose between two things
When trying to choose between two things that you really want, the best answer is always to find a way that you can make them both happen.
4 Don’t let others define your success
Too many of us have one set view of what success looks like and we struggle to see it in any other way.
5 Invest in yourself
Investing in yourself is the most important way to start achieving more. This is the best way to spend money and the best way to spend time. Develop your skills, buy a suit and fix that hair!
6 Act like you’ve already won
Acting like you’ve already won is the best way to empower yourself to be stronger and more successful. When you do this, you give off an aura of success that makes others gravitate to you!
7 Know yourself
Know yourself and be honest about what you want, who you are and what your strengths and weaknesses are.
8 Avoid toxic people
Avoid the people in your life who are constantly telling you what you can’t do, who are making you feel bad about your dreams…
9 Surround yourself with positive people
Likewise, surround yourself with positive people and surround yourself with people who share your vision and can help it grow!
10 Do what you are most passionate about
The simplest way to be successful in life, is to put more effort it. That means being willing to get up earlier, to work harder and to work smarter toward that goal.
These ten tips should come in really handy to set up your mind for success, but can this stuff really help you change your life? Let’s find out…
Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life

A lot of people claim they know the secret to success. They will claim it is motivation, ambitiousness, positivity, conscientiousness and all sorts of other abstract nouns.
However they are missing the true vital ingredient, the real key that will get you started on the road to success to begin with: desire.
It Comes From Within
It is obvious really, but if you are going to be successful in any area of your life then you need to want to be successful and develop a positive mindset and attitude. It does not matter how hard working you are, how much time you spend at work, but if you do not particularly want to climb to the top it just will not happen.
Anything along these lines is a competition essentially, and if you do not truly desire success then you’ll still be going against a whole lot of people who do. You cannot really have motivation without desire, but even if you could, where would you be directing that motivation?
And as you do you’ll find that you subconsciously even help to navigate through the mire of challenges and that the world just kind of steps out of the way.
Of course not all desire will work. Firstly your desire needs to be realistic, and secondly your desire needs to be concrete. A desire to fly for example probably is only going to end with disappointment unless you are from Krypton, and a desire to ‘be more successful’ is an abstract aim that’s really quite subjective.
How To Find Your Desire
Some people though do not seem to have any desire at all however, and these people can be quite aimless in their lives. They aren’t going to progress because they do not know how they want to progress, and they do not know what they want from life.
The thing is though, everyone has something they want, it is just a matter of finding out what it is.
Maybe you have got a big house and kids, or a small house and great artistic job, or you are a movie star, or a high-flying businessman. Now you know what your desires are, write them down and break them down into smaller steps and priorities. Suddenly you have direction and motivation. Good luck!
So now you are changing your destiny by harnessing the power of your mind. Everything is going well until you start running into criticism and the way you deal with that is really important.
How To Turn Negative Feedback Into Positive Results

Having a success mindset means taking risks and it means putting yourself out there. It means taking chances and being willing to fail.
And when you do all that, you’ll find that sometimes you do fail. Sometimes people laugh at you. Sometimes you lose a lot of money.
And this can hurt a lot. Sometimes, it feels as though you will never be successful, and that other people seem to have it all figured out. But let’s take a step back for a moment.
The only difference between those people and the ones you never hear about, is that they got back up, they shrugged off the criticisms and they went for it anyway.
And if you dig a little deeper, nearly every ‘success story’ is actually made up of a thousand little failures, rejections and humiliations. Look at JK Rowling who had her book rejected countless times before it made her into one of the richest people on the planet. Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger who was told that he could never be a movie star with his thick accent and physique.
And yet.
The key to remember is that you’re at a point in your story where there’s challenge and upheaval but if you take this in your stride, it will actually make you stronger.
And when you fail and lose your money, do you give up on starting your own business? Or do you make a note of everything that you did wrong and then endeavour not to make those same mistakes again?
This is the difference between successful people and the rest of us. You must start developing a success growth mindset today. And look at it this way: if you treat every single failure as a chance to get better, then every single time you try, you will slightly increase your chances of winning big.
And that means that if you continue trying, the odds will eventually be stacked in your favor!

Automate Your Way To Success
Automate Your Way To Success!

I’m sure that many of you are familiar with the term ‘automation’ especially if you are an entrepreneur or online marketer.
Marketing automation is the process of using technology to streamline marketing efforts and make them more effective.
But automation isn’t just for business. You can use the principles of automation in your daily life too.
Think about it. The smart home is now a reality and the technology is getting smarter and cheaper. More people are working from home, either as an employee or entrepreneur and they need to use tools that can keep help them be more productive, and the line between home and marketing automation will start to blur.
In this post we’re going to look at ways to automate both your life and business so you can make the most of the tools available to you at present. Things will develop and only get better as technology improves but even now, there is a lot that you can do to automate your life, so let’s get started.
5 Ways To Automate Your Life

Wouldn’t it be great if, like your oven, you had a self-cleaning home? Or taxes that just magically did themselves every year? Or how about bills that pay themselves on time every month?
- Automatic Bill Payment – This is one of those “why have I never done this before” type things. Once you’ve set this up in your bank account (if a physical check needs to be sent) or with the business receiving the payment (most have online automatic payment options), your regular monthly bills will magically get paid every month.
They’ll get paid on time and you won’t even need to think about it, except for the initial setup, and making sure you have money in the account to pay with when the payment is scheduled to go out.
- Computer Health and Security – Invest in good system scan and maintenance software (Iolo System Mechanic is highly recommended) and create a schedule of periodic system scans and clean-up.
In the same vein, an automatic backup system is also a necessity, if you want to protect everything that lives on your hard drive, like irreplaceable pictures.
- What You Eat – It’s an onerous task, but the only way you can truly get a firm hold on your diet is to do meal planning and prep once a week and stick to the plan.
There are so many benefits to this – not only do you save money by not eating out, but you save all those empty calories consumed, and you can be sure your body is getting what it needs.
You can take this one step further and either order from a service like Plated.com, where you’ll receive recipes as well as all the ingredients you need or hire someone to do the meal planning and prep for you, so all you must do is open the fridge or freezer, heat, and eat.
- Papers and Things – First, go paperless whenever you can. Most bills that you pay online have a paperless option, so use that. For everything else that you feel you need to keep, utilize a scanner so that you can keep everything on your computer instead of in physical filing cabinets or all over your desk surface.
Then, do a bit of research online to find a folders/files system that will work well for you and that you feel you can stick with, and then go organize everything. Luckily, this will only need to be done once if you stick with it.
- Shopping and Coupons – Whether it’s groceries, sundries, or extraneous goods…everything can be found online and delivered to your door. Amazon.com even has an option where you subscribe to things you need to purchase repeatedly (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.) and they’ll be automatically delivered on a schedule of your own choosing.
And, you’ll get discounts, too! When you do shopping like this online, you’ll often get coupons to use that give you an even deeper discount. And think of the time you’ll save not having to traipse through the supermarket!
5 More Ways To Automate Your Life

Automation is the future, and that future is now. It’s no longer science fiction to think about automating your interior lights or furnace or to have coffee already made for you the minute you get out of bed in the morning.
Here are five additional ways to automate your life!
- Automate Your Car – Automatic (automatic.com) is a service whereby you’re able to monitor gas mileage, service records and maintenance, trips, vehicle tracking, immediate accident reporting, and more all by plugging in a dongle to your car’s computer that then communicates with your smartphone via Bluetooth or 3G.
There is a Lite version and Pro version, so if you don’t want to think about things like maintenance schedules, Automatic is for you.
- Make Your Smartphone Smarter – You can tell your Android smartphone to do certain things at certain times by using the Tasker App. Everything from dimming your screen to turning off notifications, to customizing your battery-saving settings, Tasker can do it.
If you’re an iPhone user, you’ll need to jailbreak your phone first, and then search out individual apps to accomplish the tasks you’d like to automate.
- Integrate All The Things – If integration is your thing, Zapier.com is probably already on your radar, but if not, it’s worth the time to check it out. Want to create Google Calendar events from your Evernote reminders?
How about adding your ‘liked’ Instagram posts to Google Drive? Or maybe you’d like to save your new Freshbooks clients to a Active Campaign Client List? Zapier can get it done. And it is amazing!
- Home Automation – Home automation isn’t just for burglar alarms anymore. No, you can automate lighting, heating and air conditioning, sprinkler systems, outdoor grilling, vacuuming, mopping, even mowing the lawn!
As technology reduces the gap between where we are now and fully automated living, we’re sure to see many interesting inventions pop up in the near future, and beyond.
- Mundane Daily Chores – Remember the broom in Fantasia? Don’t you wish we all had one of those? While this isn’t a “true” automation, creating a schedule that utilizes time in your day in which to get those mundane tasks done will have you doing them without even realizing it.
For instance, while your coffee is brewing in the morning, wipe down the kitchen counters and stovetop. Wipe down the bathroom sink while you’re waiting for the shower to get hot. Utilizing these minutes to accomplish necessary tasks will help you avoid having to do a “big” once-a-week housecleaning that will take hours out of your weekend.
4 Areas To Automate In Your Business

Automation can seem overwhelming at first – where do you even start? You know that automation is, in some capacity, necessary to your business success.
In this section we’ll explore four common areas for business automation.
Social Media Automation
There are many marketing automation platforms and tools such as ContentStudio make automating your social media posts easy as pie. You simply queue up as many posts as you want, with or without images or video, and schedule them to publish, and you’re done!
After that, all you need to do is follow up and respond to comments on those posts, and you’re good to go!
Web Hosting And Management
Your website is the cornerstone of your online business, and your web hosting is the building that houses it, so it pays to have a web host that will do the maintenance you need so that you don’t have to worry about it.
Try to find a web host with stellar support so that if something should go wrong, they’ll be immediately available to get your site back up again.
Website Analytics
You’ve got to know your numbers. But this can be fiddly and overwhelming because you’re not just dealing with website traffic anymore.
Yes, you can use Google Analytics or AWStats, but the point here is to automate and free you up!
This is not an extensive list of marketing automation by any means. I haven’t even covered email marketing automation platforms, such as Active Campaign or Aweber.
Help Desk Support
If you’re still answering support emails one by one, you need to get out of the dark ages and begin automating this task immediately!
There are so many excellent solutions for help desk automation – Freshdesk.com and Zendesk.com are just two of hundreds of providers who will allow you to utilize automatic responses, FAQ sections, and will save you hours of answering individual emails.
So far, we have looked at some useful ways to automate many things in your life and business by mainly using technology.
But you can also delegate tasks to others so let’s look at that now.
3 Key Steps To Delegation

If you’re going to be a success in the business world, you need to learn to delegate those tasks you either don’t like doing or aren’t good at.
Delegation is a hard thing for some to do – those who like to be in control of anything find it difficult to give up that control to someone else.
On the other hand, since you’re an automation expert now, this quite possibly won’t be an issue for you.
Here are three steps that you can take to ensure that all the tasks you decide to delegate to others get done when you want, how you want.
- Set out very clear instructions for the tasks to be completed. This is the most important step and the one that you’ll have to put the most work of your own into. But doing so will ensure that you get the results you want.
First, outline what is to be done. Use visuals if necessary. If you were going to get a brand-new haircut, you would bring in several pictures to be sure that your vision was the same as the hairstylists, right? So set this up clearly, leaving nothing to guess at.
Also, spell out how the tasks are to be completed because you simply want them done correctly the first time. So, don’t leave this to chance.
- Be available to your team when they need you. Make certain that they have your contact information and clear instructions that if there is anything they don’t understand that they should contact you instead of making their own judgment call.
To facilitate this, you will need to be available to them when they need you. Never simply assume that your tasks are getting completed. Check on them, but not obsessively. This is supposed to make your life easier, remember?
- Improvise, adapt, and improve. To create as close to a hands-off experience as you can, after one project is done, get together with your team to decide what went well, what went wrong, and how to better facilitate success on the next project.
This level of intimacy is necessary for getting your hands-on time whittled down to next to nothing, thereby allowing you more laziness.
OK, so you are now an automation and delegation expert. But what about goal setting? Is it something you should always be focused on, especially if you are trying to slacken off and reduce your efforts?
Well, let’s see if setting goals is all it’s cracked up to be.
Give Your Goals The Boot

We’re told to make goals and stick with them. Make big goals! Make little goals! Make interim goals! Tell everyone your goals! Don’t tell anyone your goals! And in reality, your goals could very well be hurting you, instead of pushing you forward into success.
Here are five clues that goal setting may not be the right thing for you to focus on.
- You love to set goals, but you don’t accomplish them. Really, what’s the point in that, aside from subjecting yourself to the guilt of an unfinished task? If you’re a starter, but not a finisher, find someone to partner with who will finish the projects you start, and then you can both benefit.
- Are your actually taking action? Setting goals allow you to feel as if you’ve achieved something, but it’s just a mental game you play. It’s the action that follows the goal-setting that makes a difference, not the goal setting itself. Don’t mistake one for the other, and feel that just because you’ve set a goal, you’ve done something significant.
- Are your goals working for you? You feel that setting goals set you up for future success. Again, the success comes from doing – are you doing what you need to do to achieve that goal? You can’t secure a great future by setting goals and then letting them sit.
- You set goals because you’re supposed to. Everyone does it, so it must be a good thing to do, right? Not even close. Stop following the masses and begin making your own choices based on what you value, and what you want out of life. And then act on those things…goal or no goal.
- You feel you’re a nobody if you don’t accomplish your goals. Listen, the worth that you have in this world doesn’t have to do with what you do or don’t do. Your worth is infinite and it’s inside you – so why pressure yourself into doing stuff you don’t want to do?
By removing goals from your life, you may just feel a huge weight off your shoulders Especially if you’re just following everyone else who is setting goals, but don’t really feel it in your heart. Let go of that sense of guilt, let go of the goal setting, and just focus on the action!
Using automation, delegation etc. to get what you want in life all comes from having the correct mindset and this is why many entrepreneurs and business owners work on their thinking to achieve at the highest levels.

How To Overcome Self Doubt
How To Overcome Self Doubt

Self doubt can be a troubling and persuasive voice that holds you back in a number of ways. It can hold you back from seizing opportunities that come your way and also makes getting started or finishing things harder than they need to be.
So what can you do about it? How can you overcome those times of self-doubt so that you can move forward once again?
Can you reach a state where you never doubt yourself? That is probably unlikely as even the most confident people will suffer from this during their lives but overcoming self doubt can be incredibly liberating and allow you to unlock your full potential, so it is definitely a skill worth mastering!
7 Tips To Overcome Self Doubt

Here are 7 ways to help you to stop doubting yourself. This is certainly not an exhaustive list, as there are many ways to tackle this issue, but at least these will point you in the right direction.
Many ‘gurus’ will say “Do not doubt yourself, you can achieve anything you want” but that isn’t really practical advice is it? It’s just motivational speak.
Hopefully these 7 tips will give you practical guidance to eliminate self doubt from your life.
- Stop comparing yourself to others! This is a big no-no! If you start comparing yourself to the accomplishments of your colleagues or peers, you can quickly start to feel inadequate. The thing to remember is that everyone is on their own journey through life so comparing is a waste of energy. Plus, you never know, they may be doing exactly the same thing with you!
- Forget about what others may think of you! This is a bit of an internal self defence mechanism to try to shield you from judgement or criticism but doesn’t really work and can increase anxiety and thus self doubt. Worrying about how others perceive you can really hold you back from achieving your true potential so stop doing it.
- Gain clarity! Take the time to write things down. This can really help you to alleviate any fears and doubts you have. Look at what is causing you to feel these feelings objectively and look at the pros and cons of the situation. Doing this can give you focus and can help you to find a way forward.
- Be optimised! Spend some time listening to music, audiobooks or podcasts from people who inspire you and make you feel positive and motivated. I’m not just talking about fluff, but people who can give you a real boost to turn your self doubts into optimism and can help you to think constructively about the challenge ahead.
- Be decisive! Stop procrastinating and getting caught up in making a decision as this is a quick road to self doubt. Just make a decision and stick to it. This can be very liberating, and you will actually get stuff done. If the decision is ‘wrong’ you can course correct as you go, but at least you are moving forward!
- Use a journal! Take some time at the end of the day to write down what you have achieved that day. This is much better than wallowing in self-pity, yes? This will help you to feel grateful and releases endorphins and put you in appositive frame of mind just before you go to sleep. If you are a spiritual person, you can pray a prayer of thanksgiving too.
- Remember that setbacks are temporary! Don’t spend too much timing beating yourself up if something doesn’t go according to plan. Nothing goes smoothly in life, so don’t think that everything you do is doomed to failure because that isn’t true. Treat failure as an opportunity to learn and grow so you can increase your skillset and avoid these things in the future.
Self Doubt Is Understandable, But Crippling

Even the most confident person you can think of has an occasional bout of self doubt. The trick is to recognize it for what it is and then get on with the business of being successful.
That’s how successful entrepreneurs beat the self doubt plague. Consistent self doubt is as crippling as clinical depression and you may soon find yourself in a rut that’s difficult to extract yourself from.
As a fledgling – or seasoned entrepreneur, you have a lot riding on your ability to stay focused. Your ultimate level of success and satisfaction with your chosen career depends on it.
Self doubt can cause indecision and procrastination – both lethal detriments to your ultimate success. Yet, every challenge you face in your quest as an online entrepreneur brings with it old hauntings from your mind that may prevent you from overcoming the challenges and achieving your goals unless you can get a grip on them and see them for what they are – lies.
