Automate Your Way To Success
Automate Your Way To Success!

I’m sure that many of you are familiar with the term ‘automation’ especially if you are an entrepreneur or online marketer.
Marketing automation is the process of using technology to streamline marketing efforts and make them more effective.
But automation isn’t just for business. You can use the principles of automation in your daily life too.
Think about it. The smart home is now a reality and the technology is getting smarter and cheaper. More people are working from home, either as an employee or entrepreneur and they need to use tools that can keep help them be more productive, and the line between home and marketing automation will start to blur.
In this post we’re going to look at ways to automate both your life and business so you can make the most of the tools available to you at present. Things will develop and only get better as technology improves but even now, there is a lot that you can do to automate your life, so let’s get started.
5 Ways To Automate Your Life

Wouldn’t it be great if, like your oven, you had a self-cleaning home? Or taxes that just magically did themselves every year? Or how about bills that pay themselves on time every month?
- Automatic Bill Payment – This is one of those “why have I never done this before” type things. Once you’ve set this up in your bank account (if a physical check needs to be sent) or with the business receiving the payment (most have online automatic payment options), your regular monthly bills will magically get paid every month.
They’ll get paid on time and you won’t even need to think about it, except for the initial setup, and making sure you have money in the account to pay with when the payment is scheduled to go out.
- Computer Health and Security – Invest in good system scan and maintenance software (Iolo System Mechanic is highly recommended) and create a schedule of periodic system scans and clean-up.
In the same vein, an automatic backup system is also a necessity, if you want to protect everything that lives on your hard drive, like irreplaceable pictures.
- What You Eat – It’s an onerous task, but the only way you can truly get a firm hold on your diet is to do meal planning and prep once a week and stick to the plan.
There are so many benefits to this – not only do you save money by not eating out, but you save all those empty calories consumed, and you can be sure your body is getting what it needs.
You can take this one step further and either order from a service like Plated.com, where you’ll receive recipes as well as all the ingredients you need or hire someone to do the meal planning and prep for you, so all you must do is open the fridge or freezer, heat, and eat.
- Papers and Things – First, go paperless whenever you can. Most bills that you pay online have a paperless option, so use that. For everything else that you feel you need to keep, utilize a scanner so that you can keep everything on your computer instead of in physical filing cabinets or all over your desk surface.
Then, do a bit of research online to find a folders/files system that will work well for you and that you feel you can stick with, and then go organize everything. Luckily, this will only need to be done once if you stick with it.
- Shopping and Coupons – Whether it’s groceries, sundries, or extraneous goods…everything can be found online and delivered to your door. Amazon.com even has an option where you subscribe to things you need to purchase repeatedly (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.) and they’ll be automatically delivered on a schedule of your own choosing.
And, you’ll get discounts, too! When you do shopping like this online, you’ll often get coupons to use that give you an even deeper discount. And think of the time you’ll save not having to traipse through the supermarket!
5 More Ways To Automate Your Life

Automation is the future, and that future is now. It’s no longer science fiction to think about automating your interior lights or furnace or to have coffee already made for you the minute you get out of bed in the morning.
Here are five additional ways to automate your life!
- Automate Your Car – Automatic (automatic.com) is a service whereby you’re able to monitor gas mileage, service records and maintenance, trips, vehicle tracking, immediate accident reporting, and more all by plugging in a dongle to your car’s computer that then communicates with your smartphone via Bluetooth or 3G.
There is a Lite version and Pro version, so if you don’t want to think about things like maintenance schedules, Automatic is for you.
- Make Your Smartphone Smarter – You can tell your Android smartphone to do certain things at certain times by using the Tasker App. Everything from dimming your screen to turning off notifications, to customizing your battery-saving settings, Tasker can do it.
If you’re an iPhone user, you’ll need to jailbreak your phone first, and then search out individual apps to accomplish the tasks you’d like to automate.
- Integrate All The Things – If integration is your thing, Zapier.com is probably already on your radar, but if not, it’s worth the time to check it out. Want to create Google Calendar events from your Evernote reminders?
How about adding your ‘liked’ Instagram posts to Google Drive? Or maybe you’d like to save your new Freshbooks clients to a Active Campaign Client List? Zapier can get it done. And it is amazing!
- Home Automation – Home automation isn’t just for burglar alarms anymore. No, you can automate lighting, heating and air conditioning, sprinkler systems, outdoor grilling, vacuuming, mopping, even mowing the lawn!
As technology reduces the gap between where we are now and fully automated living, we’re sure to see many interesting inventions pop up in the near future, and beyond.
- Mundane Daily Chores – Remember the broom in Fantasia? Don’t you wish we all had one of those? While this isn’t a “true” automation, creating a schedule that utilizes time in your day in which to get those mundane tasks done will have you doing them without even realizing it.
For instance, while your coffee is brewing in the morning, wipe down the kitchen counters and stovetop. Wipe down the bathroom sink while you’re waiting for the shower to get hot. Utilizing these minutes to accomplish necessary tasks will help you avoid having to do a “big” once-a-week housecleaning that will take hours out of your weekend.
4 Areas To Automate In Your Business

Automation can seem overwhelming at first – where do you even start? You know that automation is, in some capacity, necessary to your business success.
In this section we’ll explore four common areas for business automation.
Social Media Automation
There are many marketing automation platforms and tools such as ContentStudio make automating your social media posts easy as pie. You simply queue up as many posts as you want, with or without images or video, and schedule them to publish, and you’re done!
After that, all you need to do is follow up and respond to comments on those posts, and you’re good to go!
Web Hosting And Management
Your website is the cornerstone of your online business, and your web hosting is the building that houses it, so it pays to have a web host that will do the maintenance you need so that you don’t have to worry about it.
Try to find a web host with stellar support so that if something should go wrong, they’ll be immediately available to get your site back up again.
Website Analytics
You’ve got to know your numbers. But this can be fiddly and overwhelming because you’re not just dealing with website traffic anymore.
Yes, you can use Google Analytics or AWStats, but the point here is to automate and free you up!
This is not an extensive list of marketing automation by any means. I haven’t even covered email marketing automation platforms, such as Active Campaign or Aweber.
Help Desk Support
If you’re still answering support emails one by one, you need to get out of the dark ages and begin automating this task immediately!
There are so many excellent solutions for help desk automation – Freshdesk.com and Zendesk.com are just two of hundreds of providers who will allow you to utilize automatic responses, FAQ sections, and will save you hours of answering individual emails.
So far, we have looked at some useful ways to automate many things in your life and business by mainly using technology.
But you can also delegate tasks to others so let’s look at that now.
3 Key Steps To Delegation

If you’re going to be a success in the business world, you need to learn to delegate those tasks you either don’t like doing or aren’t good at.
Delegation is a hard thing for some to do – those who like to be in control of anything find it difficult to give up that control to someone else.
On the other hand, since you’re an automation expert now, this quite possibly won’t be an issue for you.
Here are three steps that you can take to ensure that all the tasks you decide to delegate to others get done when you want, how you want.
- Set out very clear instructions for the tasks to be completed. This is the most important step and the one that you’ll have to put the most work of your own into. But doing so will ensure that you get the results you want.
First, outline what is to be done. Use visuals if necessary. If you were going to get a brand-new haircut, you would bring in several pictures to be sure that your vision was the same as the hairstylists, right? So set this up clearly, leaving nothing to guess at.
Also, spell out how the tasks are to be completed because you simply want them done correctly the first time. So, don’t leave this to chance.
- Be available to your team when they need you. Make certain that they have your contact information and clear instructions that if there is anything they don’t understand that they should contact you instead of making their own judgment call.
To facilitate this, you will need to be available to them when they need you. Never simply assume that your tasks are getting completed. Check on them, but not obsessively. This is supposed to make your life easier, remember?
- Improvise, adapt, and improve. To create as close to a hands-off experience as you can, after one project is done, get together with your team to decide what went well, what went wrong, and how to better facilitate success on the next project.
This level of intimacy is necessary for getting your hands-on time whittled down to next to nothing, thereby allowing you more laziness.
OK, so you are now an automation and delegation expert. But what about goal setting? Is it something you should always be focused on, especially if you are trying to slacken off and reduce your efforts?
Well, let’s see if setting goals is all it’s cracked up to be.
Give Your Goals The Boot

We’re told to make goals and stick with them. Make big goals! Make little goals! Make interim goals! Tell everyone your goals! Don’t tell anyone your goals! And in reality, your goals could very well be hurting you, instead of pushing you forward into success.
Here are five clues that goal setting may not be the right thing for you to focus on.
- You love to set goals, but you don’t accomplish them. Really, what’s the point in that, aside from subjecting yourself to the guilt of an unfinished task? If you’re a starter, but not a finisher, find someone to partner with who will finish the projects you start, and then you can both benefit.
- Are your actually taking action? Setting goals allow you to feel as if you’ve achieved something, but it’s just a mental game you play. It’s the action that follows the goal-setting that makes a difference, not the goal setting itself. Don’t mistake one for the other, and feel that just because you’ve set a goal, you’ve done something significant.
- Are your goals working for you? You feel that setting goals set you up for future success. Again, the success comes from doing – are you doing what you need to do to achieve that goal? You can’t secure a great future by setting goals and then letting them sit.
- You set goals because you’re supposed to. Everyone does it, so it must be a good thing to do, right? Not even close. Stop following the masses and begin making your own choices based on what you value, and what you want out of life. And then act on those things…goal or no goal.
- You feel you’re a nobody if you don’t accomplish your goals. Listen, the worth that you have in this world doesn’t have to do with what you do or don’t do. Your worth is infinite and it’s inside you – so why pressure yourself into doing stuff you don’t want to do?
By removing goals from your life, you may just feel a huge weight off your shoulders Especially if you’re just following everyone else who is setting goals, but don’t really feel it in your heart. Let go of that sense of guilt, let go of the goal setting, and just focus on the action!
Using automation, delegation etc. to get what you want in life all comes from having the correct mindset and this is why many entrepreneurs and business owners work on their thinking to achieve at the highest levels.

Boost Focus And Creativity With Purposeful Meditation Techniques

You may have heard before that some people use meditation to increase their focus and to help them clear their minds. This is true, it does work well for a lot of people.
However, if you’re trying to do something specific with your focus or creativity, you probably won’t benefit as much from a random generic meditation class. You may need something a little more purposeful or specific to assist the creative process!
You shouldn’t be thinking about anything whatsoever during it, allowing your mind to go entirely blank. This helps people destress and relax, because they’re not thinking about all the things they have to worry about.
However, while this is helpful for that, it might not be as conducive to helping you focus or figure out a project. You should instead try more purposeful meditation, where instead of having your mind go blank, you focus on one thing and one thing only.
By clearing your mind of all other distractions, except for the project at hand, you’re going to be able to completely focus on that and come up with much better solutions.
Ideally, this would be accomplished in a space where you’re free of any noises, obnoxious sights, or people trying to get your attention.
There aren’t many places that would fit this bill perfectly, so just work with what you’ve got. The most important thing should be to not have people interrupting you, so if you can get to a space like that, even if it does have errant sounds and sights, you should still be able to focus well.
You might end up finding that different things help you more or less while you’re meditating. Try experimenting a little bit. You might not be able to focus in dead silence, so you might have some ambient nature sounds playing through some headphones.
You might want the lights up or down, and you might want to keep your eyes open or closed. It’s different for everyone, so try a little bit of everything at first to see what helps.
For most people, this is worth a try, but don’t be upset if it doesn’t work for you. A handful of people don’t focus well under meditation conditions, so you might find it’s simply not right for you. At least with a purposeful meditation, you have something to focus on (your task) rather than just trying to clear your mind which can be very difficult for some people. Give it a try; what have you got to lose?
Be Available To Creative Moments Whenever They Happen!

Unless you’re particularly lucky or skilled, creative ideas probably don’t just happen on demand for you. In fact, in most cases, creativity will appear whenever it happens to, and you tend to have very little control over when it will occur.
The purposeful meditation techniques described above may help you to get yourself into creative flow so may be worth a shot.
Otherwise, creativity can come up and interrupt you at any moment, even if you’re in the middle of something important. You could be trying to focus on your normal work, trying to sleep, or in the middle of a call or meeting with someone very important.
In these cases, you have to treat it the same way you would a toddler. The first thing you should try to do is train yourself to reserve your creative thoughts for later.
If your mind wanders even a little while you’re trying to focus, you can get flooded with all these different ideas that you can get lost in.
Sometimes a creative idea will pop up that could be life changing for you, and in that case, you need to stop what you’re doing and at least write it down quickly. Don’t ignore your creativity outright if it’s something that’s a really good idea or something that you really want to work on.
If that’s the case, try to come back to it later and continue expanding on it. You just can’t let random intrusive thoughts take over your work. Focus can be extremely important while also being rather fragile.
The slightest wandering thought or break in your concentration can pull you way off track in some instances. While some people’s focus isn’t easily broken, yours might be one little distraction away from crumbling, allowing you to get fully enveloped in that distraction.
As you can appreciate, all of this purposeful meditation, creativity process and maintaining focus can take a lot of self-discipline and a positive attitude. If you don’t have this, you will probably struggle to maintain any focus and creativity, so it is well worth your while to adopt the correct mindset; I know this may sound a little cliched, but it does really work.

Choose What You Focus On Wisely

Life can be very stressful for any number of reasons. Some of them are self-inflicted, while others are out of your control.
Regardless of why life is stressful for you, you need to be able to block it out when it’s time to get to work, otherwise you’re going to be pulled away from the projects you need to do in order to make money.
You might go to just check the top headlines on any news site, and just continuously scroll through looking at all the bad news you can, which ends up making you more stressed and upset.
This is one of the more self-inflicted burdens. Much like being addicted to social media, people have found themselves addicted to reading the most upsetting headlines constantly, which just ends up being bad for them.
If this type of behavior is inhibiting you from working well, you need to tune out from the news for a little while and focus on work, especially during hours that you should be working.
There are tons of burdens which are either out of your control or only partially in your control, such as marriage problems and concerns with friends, which can also negatively affect you in work.
You have to understand that there is a time to work on these problems, which is outside of work. If your job stresses productivity as most jobs do, you’re not going to fare very well if you’re constantly distracted by problems outside of work.
For one, they can make you stressed out and have you on edge, which can negatively affect your work performance in many ways.
You can end up being more intimidating to clients and co-workers if the perceive you to be stressed out, and you can also end up working much slower if you’re distracted, leading you to have much worse performance.
If you’re getting poor performance reviews and losing clients due to being stressed out, you’re going to be adding on more stress to what you already have, due to the financial problems that come along with lower bonuses and less clients at work. It is difficult, but you have to leave the problems you have at home behind when you go to work.
One way to do this is to study decision making and there is a great book that can help you do just that. It is called Mental Models and I have done a quick review of the book below.
Mental Models Book Review

If you’re like most people, you can often make decisions based on the wrong input. The information that you get can fools you into thinking that you must handle something when it doesn’t need to be handled at the moment.
In the book, Mental Models, the author shares valuable lessons ranging from how to make better decisions to how to approach those decisions. Readers will also learn how to handle problem solving when the need arises.
The book opens with a chapter on decision making. The first part teaches readers the importance of focusing on the things that are important, rather than things that are urgent.
You’ll discover that urgent matters can sometimes masquerade as important but aren’t. These are things that you think you must take care of right away but it’s not true. Usually, these urgent matters come up as a result of other people acting like the matter is urgent.
Or you can prioritize a matter as urgent when you want to put off doing something else – something you should be doing. The author shares the “Eisenhower Matrix” with readers.
This is a system that divides tasks into important and unimportant. Then it takes those tasks and further divides them according to what’s urgent and what’s not. The system teaches you what you need to do right now, what tasks you should plan to do, what someone else can handle and what you can ignore completely.
Another chapter shares with readers the importance of being able to correctly see. This part talks about using the brain’s second system. This system is where slow and deliberate choices are made, unlike in system one of the brain, which often makes decisions without thinking things through.
An interesting chapter in the book focuses on avoiding things and how doing this can actually help you to succeed. The information shared in this chapter goes against the most common advice you might have heard.
For example, one directive is on avoiding to-do lists. Another part tells readers to avoid dealing with direct goals. While this advice is contrary to some popular advice, the information in the book is solid and can help you learn to improve your decision making.
If you want to become a powerful decision maker, his book is a great place to start. Check out Mental Models here.
As you can appreciate, all of this decision making and maintaining focus can take a lot of self-discipline and a positive attitude. If you don’t have this, you will probably struggle to maintain any focus and creativity, so it is well worth your while to adopt the correct mindset; I know this may sound a little cliched, but it does really work.

Master Time Management Techniques To Help Maintain Focus

Time and stress are always closely tied together. Most of your stress will likely come from you being worried about not finishing your work on time, and that same stress will likely delay you even further, which ends up becoming a vicious cycle that leaves you stressed out and without much work done.
When you’re stressed out because you don’t feel like you have enough time to complete a project, the logical thing to do would be to get to work. However, that rarely ends up being the case.
Chances are, if you’re stressed out about work, you’ll find ways to distract yourself so that you feel better in the mere short term, while in the long term you’re going to be making things much worse for yourself.
There are all kinds of excuses that you’ll see yourself come up with. You might claim that you’re distracting yourself to be more creative for a bit or to get yourself feeling better so that you can then work more efficiently.
Even if that’s true, chances are high that you’re going to be spending more time than you’re saving, leading to you having even less time to actually complete your project. With time management skills, you can avoid this situation altogether, because it’s difficult to get out of once you’re in it.
Plan

First, you can carefully plan out your project’s schedule and how long it’s going to take you to do it. Don’t cut corners at this stage – you need to be completely honest. If you claim that a part of your work will only take 30 minutes, because that’s the fastest you can do it, don’t count on that.
If there’s a chance it’ll take you two hours, budget for that to take you two hours. If you end up taking less time, that’s great. However, if you do take up that much time, you’ll have already accounted for it, so you won’t be playing catch-up.
You need to also cut out any time distractions to see how much of your time is being spent on things that aren’t work. You’d be surprised how quickly time can fly when you’re watching shows online or scrolling through social media. That time could be better spent getting ahead in your work or catching up if that’s what you need to do.
It takes a lot of discipline to try to ignore these distractions, but you do need to try to set boundaries. The question is “How?”
Set Strong Boundaries For Dealing With Interruptions

No matter how hard you may try to avoid it, you’re going to be put in situations where you’re working and getting constantly interrupted. It can happen in many places, whether it be at work with other co-workers, somewhere with friends, or at home with your family.
For example, let’s say that you’re working at home writing up some documents on your laptop. Your kids might come in and start talking to you or make loud noises in the background again and again.
What you shouldn’t do is get mad at them, but rather you should tell them to be quiet during certain times of the day or interact with them every so often so that they’re less prone to interrupting you later on.
The situation with your family can depend on age as well. Toddlers won’t understand very easily that you need to focus on work, so try and patiently work with them to not come in so often, or try and play with them a bit more when you can so that they feel like they’re seeing you enough.
With older kids they can be a bit more understanding, so you should be able to explain it to them, and with teens they probably want to be in their own rooms anyway. When it comes to coworkers, you don’t want to seem like a complete stick in the mud, but you also have to be able to focus on the work you’re there to do.
Ask them nicely to talk later when you’re not working, and if that doesn’t work, get a little sterner. They of all people should hopefully understand that you need work, and if they’re still preventing you from doing your work, you might have to take the problem to someone above you instead of dealing with it personally.
Finally, you have friends that can be distracting. They might badger you into going out and hanging out with them, or prod you about working too much, but you should be able to tell them that you have to work, and you’ll just have to organize some time to hang out later.
As you can appreciate, all of this can take a lot of self-discipline and a positive attitude. If you don’t have this, you will probably struggle to manage your time and distractions, so it is well worth your while to adopt the correct mindset; I know this may sound a little cliched but it does really work.

How To Energize Your Life

Do you struggle to make it through the day? Do you constantly feel tired and worn out? If you do, you will know that it can be incredibly frustrating to have no energy.
The simple fact is that you must have energy to enjoy and profit from anything you do in life.
It’s been said that we’re living right now in the worst energy crisis of all time – the crisis of personal energy. We’re more stressed and pulled in more directions than we’ve ever been and the fast pace we’re expected to meet is depleting our energy levels at an alarming rate.
Managing your personal energy has never been more critical. Doctors say that the number one complaint of their patients is, “I have no energy.”
There can be a number of reasons that a persona may be suffering from lack of energy, but most of the time it has nothing whatsoever to do with a medical condition, but you should at least get checked out first to rule this out.
Chronic fatigue is often linked to circumstances such as a difficult or abusive relationship, lack of passion or being a caregiver to a parent or child.
Here are some tools designed specially to increase your personal energy levels:
- Do what you’re passionate about. Passion is one of the greatest energy restorers available. You may not be passionate about everything you do, but find something that makes you happy.
- Take care of yourself. Give yourself breaks when needed. Most people today think they have to keep going long after their energy levels are depleted. Taking care of yourself will help to keep your energy levels high.
- Know your emotions. Your thoughts drive your emotions and some emotions can wear us out. When you think positive thoughts, you’re naturally going to have positive emotions and that is a natural energy booster.
- Let your values determine your lifestyle. If you don’t live according to your values and react and perform out of guilt and shame, your energy will wane rapidly.
- Take responsibility for your life. You, and only you, can make the choices that determine whether you will be successful or always floundering just on the precipice of success. Make wise choices when it comes to your wellbeing.
To enjoy a happy and vibrant energy level and shift from lack of energy to an abundance of energy, you must tap into the powers that only you hold – to love yourself enough to take care of yourself.
Keeping energy levels high all the time may not always be feasible so how do you get your replenish energy levels quickly? Let’s look at that now…
How To Recover Your Energy Quickly

Restoring your energy after it feels depleted doesn’t require magic.
There are some strategies involved in giving your body what it needs to recover its strength and rebound to a point of well-being. They are:
- It may sound counter-productive but moving can actually help you connect with your body. Movements such as stretching, yoga movements and poses and a walk can help restore your energy. Moving is especially helpful when you’ve spent hours at a desk or focusing on something intensive.
- Your body should tell you when it needs rest. Rather than pushing yourself to go on until you fall down, get the rest you need. Your body will appreciate it and your energy will be restored.
- When you’re still and go within yourself, you experience a new energy that you didn’t have before. Try to find quiet spaces and times during the day to just be still and meditate about peaceful and restful things.
- Guard your time. Everyone has the same amount of time, but how we use it varies from person to person. Some give it away without thinking, while others always schedule time to take care of themselves. Watch how you spend your time and guard it carefully.
- Take some time to feel your breath as you take one after the other. Inhale and exhale until your entire body feels the power and life that it’s providing your body and mind.
- Make the world a better place. It may be as a parent, teacher, manager or friend, but take some time in your busy life to appreciate your experiences for what they are. They will all teach you something and help you grow.
- Take care of your body. Through diet, exercise and other ways, nourish your body so that your choices can help your energy restore itself.
- Take part in what inspires you. Your desires usually indicate what your passion is, and your passion can ignite your energy. The truth is in what you’re thinking of most of the time and what you are excited about.
Rather than do things and be around people who drain you, stay away from that and nourish the things and people who make you feel alive and more energetic.
If you’re exhausted from a day’s work, treat yourself kindly, get rest and feel compassion for yourself.
Another benefit of having good energy levels is that you will become more productive so let’s now take a look at managing your energy levels and increasing your productivity.
How To Effectively Manage Your Energy And Increase Productivity

More and more, people are realizing the importance of managing your energy level rather than you time to increase productivity. There are many things and tasks that can zap your energy levels and make you much less productive than you could be.
If you find that certain people, tasks or times of the day are taking a toll on your energy, it’s time to assess what those problems are and do something about them. It’s about managing your energy effectively rather than your time.
Energy levels are different from person to person. If you’re a morning person who is at the top of their game at the first crack of dawn, you should schedule the more difficult, mind-boggling tasks at that time. Others, who are night owls, should plan their schedules the opposite.
Some other ways to effectively manage you energy to get more done include:
- Delegate – Some people have difficulty with delegating tasks to others. If the kids can help fold towels or there’s a good writer in your business that could develop a sales page – delegate those tasks to them. You’ll be saving the energy you would have spent on something that can clearly be completed by someone else.
- Track your tasks – There are some great online tools (such as Google Tasks) that can help you track where your time and energy is being spent. You can break the larger tasks into smaller increments; do the most difficult ones when your energy level is high and mundane tasks when your energy level is lowest.
- Get rid of distractions – Distractions can be huge energy-drainers. If you’re on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and other social media sites, you may find yourself wondering where the time has gone after you’ve spent an hour on one of these sites. Disconnect to save your energy and get more done. Stop alerts and hide the sites until you have some relaxing time to devote to them.
- Refresher breaks – Some of us can spend hours at our work desks without looking up or moving around. At the end of one of these sessions, you’ll notice that your energy is drained and you don’t have much left for anyone or anything else. The remedy is to take refresher breaks – get up and stretch and move around for a few minutes. Your productivity will likely increase.
Getting in sync with your natural energy rhythms can help in so many areas of your life. Work, personal life and health are just a few of the ways that managing your energy can make you a happier and more productive person.
